Fire safety is more than having alarms, extinguishers and emergency exits in place. A truly effective fire safety system depends on trained people who know how to respond quickly, calmly and correctly.

Fire Wardens provide an essential layer of leadership during an emergency. Through proper training, they understand the building’s emergency systems, evacuation procedures, escape routes and assembly points, while supporting the safe and orderly evacuation of employees, tenants and visitors.

Effective Fire Warden Training also strengthens coordination between Security, Facilities, Management and emergency services, ensuring that responsibilities are clearly understood and communication remains effective during a crisis.

At Access Realties, we recognize that technology can detect and control a fire, but people are responsible for making the right decisions when every second matters. Regular training, awareness and practical emergency drills are therefore essential to maintaining a strong safety culture across our properties.

Preparedness is not simply about having an emergency plan it is about ensuring our people are ready to act.
